Siiigh. You have such an incredible handle on these characters; I can't get over it. I'm impressed with how simply and elegantly you can render Kate's costume (whoever may be wearing it :D); not an easy task.

I really have no explanation for it... I'm not sure how switching costumes would solve anything, or how Kate convinced Renee to do it, but it seemed like a good idea to me at the time, lol!

Sounds good to me! It would actually be nice to see Kate and Renee in a light adventure for once. They've been in such dark, gritty stories together. Don't get me wrong, I prefer them as gritty, street level characters, but just for something a little different.

I agree with you! Something funny and lighthearted would really be enjoyable. I think it's been quite a while since we've seen Renee really happy, hasn't it?

Yep, Renee's had a rough time of it, going all the way back to the end of Gotham Central, really. She seems like she's comfortable being the Question, but we haven't seen much in terms of the rest of her life. I enjoyed the back up story in Detective Comics, but that was all action pretty much. I'm still hoping that she becomes a supporting character in Batwoman. Ideally, she'd get her own series, but that doesn't seem likely, and DC put an end to the Second Feature program. Maybe a new limited series, though? I'd love that.

I would also love to see her appear in Batwoman regularly. Those two just have great chemistry, good or bad! A limited series would be reeeeeeaally amazing though. I've got my fingers crossed!
